

The Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory administration centers can be accessed and opened by administrators. Administrators can use the Health menu to diagnose problems with a service.

The reports menu of Office 365 allows administrators to monitor how their employees use the service for emails and other purposes. Administrators can use the Settings section to configure global settings for Office 365 applications. There are sections for users, groups, resources, billing, support, settings, reports, and health. Users can use the portal to manage their account settings and configuration for Office 365 subscription services. Microsoft’s Office 365 services are managed through the Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center, which is the primary management interface for the service.
